We are simply students...
This page was created by a diverse group of students. We are Moroccan and American, men and women. We have many different faiths and beliefs. Through our university in Meknes, Morocco, we have been given the opportunity to participate in the V Intercultural University Forum in Sevilla, Spain. This year's topic is intercultural dialogue in the information and network society. Our university will be presenting on cultural diversity and globalization. As we began to put this project together we thought there would be no better way to go about this than to use the tools given to us by globalization to create a truly diverse dialogue.
We have posted a series of questions concerning globalization, identity, culture, stereotypes and social networking. We are asking anyone and everyone to take five minutes to answer the posted questions and contribute their experiences and knowledge to our project. Click the tabs above to view the questions and simply hit the comment button to respond. Personal observations, stories and questions are all welcome. However, we ask that all responses be respectful and that you refrain from using inappropriate language. Moderators will be monitoring the discussions. All content is public and any posts may be used as examples during the panel discussion in Sevilla Spain.
